Joe Rogan has found himself pulled deeper into the Jeffrey Epstein conversation, and his latest take has turned heads. After being inundated with the second wave of Epstein files, Rogan is now openly questioning whether the disgraced financier actually passed away in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019.
The evidence that caught Rogan’s attention centers on a glaring discrepancy in Epstein’s autopsy report. According to the medical examiner, the body examined had “a slightly and diffusely enlarged prostate.” However, documents released in the Epstein files explicitly state that Epstein underwent a radical prostatectomy, meaning his prostate was surgically removed.
One document notes that “serum PSA should decrease and remain at undetectable levels after radical prostatectomy,” confirming the procedure took place. Epstein himself stated in correspondence that he no longer had a prostate.
When discussing this contradiction with his guest Jim Breuer, Rogan was blunt: “So that’s not his body. That’s what it seems like.” His guest agreed, responding, “I don’t buy his passing. Why would you?”
Rogan echoed the sentiment without hesitation: “Right, I don’t buy it either.”
The inconsistencies don’t stop there. Rogan and his guest discussed the circumstances surrounding Epstein’s final days, including his cellmate, a former police officer turned contract eliminator who had taken out four d**g dealers. The pairing of the most high-profile defendant in recent memory with a violent offender struck Rogan as absurd.
His guest questioned whether Epstein was even in a standard jail cell, suggesting someone with such damaging information would be kept far more secure, “about three miles underground.”
Then there are the cameras that mysteriously malfunctioned and the guards who allegedly fell asleep during their shift. Rogan pointed out the improbability of the entire scenario, noting how convenient every detail seemed in retrospining the official story.
Adding fuel to the conspiracy, someone allegedly saved a 4chan post made shortly before Epstein’s reported passing. The poster claimed to be a guard at the facility and described suited men bypassing security protocols, entering Epstein’s cell, and leaving with someone strapped to a wheelchair.

The post was traced to a name matching a guard who worked at the prison at the time. Drone footage from an island days after the reported event appeared to show someone resembling Epstein. Perhaps most strange, Epstein’s Fortnite account showed recent activity before being set to private once the discovery went viral.
Rogan also noted the absence of arrest photos or perp walk footage of Epstein, something typically unavoidable for high-profile defendants. “When you arrest big figures, there’s a big to-do,” his guest observed, questioning why no such images exist.
While government officials like Kash Patel and Dan Bongino have insisted Epstein took his own life, Rogan remains unconvinced. He acknowledged that the government has been less than truthful for decades, making blind acceptance the less rational position.
