Joe Rogan: You can either look like RFK Jr or Trump, Modern Science For the WIn

During a conversation on The Joe Rogan Experience with comedian Tom Segura, Joe Rogan discussed Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s impressive physical condition and transformation, touching on topics from fitness routines to the importance of maintaining health as one ages.

The discussion began when Rogan and Segura were talking about how quickly 20 years passes and the importance of staying in shape throughout life. Rogan made a pointed comparison between two prominent political figures to illustrate his point about aging and fitness.

“You can either be almost dead and look like RFK Jr. or you could be almost dead and look like Trump,” Rogan said. He noted that despite being in similar age ranges, the two men present vastly different physical appearances. “Trump’s only seven or eight years older than RFK Jr.”

Segura agrees, saying: “He doesn’t look like it.”

When Segura seemed surprised, Rogan revealed some striking information about Kennedy’s past. “That guy did h**oin for 14 f**king years,” Rogan stated matter-of-factly.

“Who did?” Segura asked.

“RFK Jr.,” Rogan confirmed. “He did he**in. After his dad was assassinated. He was a h**oin a**ict.”

Rogan was quick to defend Kennedy against critics who bring up his past s**stance abuse. “People give him a hard time about it. Like, hey yo, his f**king dad got shot in front of him. His dad who was running for president got assassinated. That’s when he was a little kid. Come on. You wouldn’t do he**in. You have no idea what you would do. And his uncle got shot in the head in front of the whole world.”

Despite this troubled past, Rogan expressed genuine admiration for Kennedy’s current physical condition. Rogan said enthusiastically. “He looks great.”

The conversation turned to Kennedy’s remarkable fitness achievements at his age. “He did 20 chin-ups in a row, at 70 whatever the f**k he is. Modern science for the win,” Rogan noted.

Segura agreed, saying: “That’s very impressive. That’s insane.”

Rogan’s explained that with dedication to fitness and likely some assistance from modern medical interventions, remarkable physical transformations and maintenance are possible even for those who have faced significant challenges earlier in life.
