Looksmaxxer Gets Busted By Law Enforcement That Was Watching His Livestream

Social media influencer Clavicular found himself in serious legal trouble after police in Scottsdale, Arizona, monitored his livestreams and arrested him on multiple charges. The content creator now faces two felonies and one misdemeanor following an incident at a nightclub in Old Town Scottsdale.

According to court proceedings, law enforcement had been watching Clavicular’s online broadcasts when they observed him attempting to gain entry to Casa Amigos nightclub. Officers noted that he had visited the venue the previous night and were tracking his activities through his public livestreams.

The arrest occurred on the street, where Clavicular was taken into custody and subsequently transported to the local detention facility.

The charges include possession of a forged document, specifically a fake identification card used to gain access to the 21-and-over establishment. Additional charges involve possession and use of controlled su**tances.

During court testimony, prosecutors stated that Clavicular had been broadcasting himself approaching people in Old Town Scottsdale asking if he could obtain Adderall, and there was no evidence he possessed a valid prescription for the medication.

At his initial appearance, the state expressed concerns about Clavicular being a flight risk, noting he resides in Florida and has no established connections to Arizona. Prosecutors also highlighted that his income from content creation could enable him to leave the jurisdiction. The judge ultimately set conditions for his release, including mandatory court appearances on February 23rd and February 26th.

The release conditions are restrictive for someone whose content revolves around nightlife and social interactions. Peters must avoid the location where the alleged offenses occurred, refrain from consuming any sub**ances without valid prescriptions, not consume any beverages containing ethanol, and cannot operate a vehicle without proper licensing. The court also advised his legal counsel to discuss the importance of being careful about what he posts on social media platforms going forward.

Peters cannot leave Arizona until the legal matter is resolved. Following his release, he addressed his audience briefly, acknowledging he spent the night in custody and confirming that the charges and booking photograph were publicly available.

However, he stated he could not discuss details of the case or his typical experiences, noting that his regular content would need to pause “for a little while.”
