A rising Kick streamer known as Clavicular may have ended his streaming career after an incident during a live broadcast where he drove his Tesla Cybertruck into another person, leaving them on the hood of his vehicle before accelerating into a parked car.
The incident occurred in Miami during a confrontation with another content creator known for harassing IRL streamers. The individual had been following Clavicular throughout the evening, posting about targeting streamers in the area and documenting their interactions on social media.
Video footage shows the harasser approaching Clavicular’s vehicle and jumping onto the hood of his Cybertruck. What happened next was captured live on stream: Clavicular accelerated forward, driving into a parked vehicle with the person still on his hood. The impact threw the individual from the vehicle, prompting calls for emergency medical services.
The situation escalated after an earlier physical confrontation between the two parties, where witnesses claim the harasser had been following and provoking Clavicular. Prior to entering his vehicle, Clavicular made concerning statements on stream about wanting to harm those harassing him, though he added
“in GTA”
as an apparent qualification.
Following the incident, Clavicular remained at the scene where he was questioned by police for several hours before being released without immediate charges. A parking security guard who witnessed the events provided a statement supporting Clavicular’s version of events, claiming the person on the ground was the aggressor.
Clavicular contacted fellow streamer Adin Ross for assistance, who promised to connect him with legal representation. Ross advised him to continue recording and avoid answering questions without an attorney present. Clavicular claimed multiple individuals in the group surrounding his vehicle were armed, stating he felt threatened.
Florida’s stand-your-ground laws may become central to any legal proceedings. The state does not require individuals to retreat before using force in self-defense. However, questions remain about whether the force used was proportionate to the threat faced, particularly given the protective nature of the Cybertruck and the statements made before and after the incident.
As of now, Kick has suspended Clavicular’s account. The platform has not issued a statement regarding whether the ban is temporary or permanent. The condition of the injured individual remains unclear, and no formal charges have been filed, though legal experts suggest this case could become one of the most significant legal battles to emerge from the streaming platform.
