Tate brothers return to Romania, hold press conference

Andrew and Tristan Tate returned to Romania yesterday, hosting what they described as a press conference outside their meat factory in Bucharest following their arrival from the United States.

Standing before assembled media, Andrew Tate expressed relief at being back on Romanian soil where the brothers face ongoing legal scrutiny.

“I’m glad to be home, back in Romania, like I said I’d be, because innocent men don’t run from anything,” Andrew Tate declared. “We’re here to clear our names and exonerate ourselves.”

The controversial social media personality didn’t hold back in his assessment of their legal situation, claiming they were unjustly targeted.

“After all we’ve been through, we truly deserve the day in court, where it is stated that we’ve done nothing wrong, and that we should have never been in court in the first place,” he stated.

Andrew Tate went further, dismissing those who believe allegations against him. “Anyone who believed any of this garbage has a particularly low IQ,” he said.

When questioned about potential American government pressure on Romanian authorities regarding their case, Tate rejected the notion.

“We won the case on December 19th, 2024,” he claimed. “That is when the appeal court said there’s not enough evidence here to even have a trial.” He added, “The president at the time was Joe Biden, and Joe Biden hates me, so I seriously doubt there was any American pressure.”

Tate emphasized his freedom to travel, stating, “I think that I have my American passport back in my hand, I can travel where I like.” He continued, “If any authorities from any police force anywhere in the world wish to speak to me, they have my number, they will call me and I’ll answer the phone.”

The brothers remain under investigation in Romania, where authorities have been building a case against them. Despite the ongoing legal proceedings, Andrew Tate maintained their innocence throughout the press conference.

“There are innocent men who have never been convicted,” he concluded. “And because of that, we’ve come here to prove our innocence because we deserve our day in court.”

The criminal case against the Tate brothers in Romania has NOT been dismissed and remains active as of March 2025.

Travel restrictions were lifted in February 2025, allowing them to leave Romania, but they must return for court appearances.

There is an abundance of evidence to support the prosecution of the Tates. The case has been delayed only because of procedural irregularities which must be remedied and because Romanian authorities have continued to uncover new alleged criminality requiring further investigation.
