Jeffrey Epstein’s meticulously documented social calendar has revealed unexpected connections to some of the world’s most prominent health and wellness figures, including Dr. Peter Attia, the bestselling author whose work on longevity has reached millions of readers.
Among more than 8,000 pages of documents recently released by Congress, detailed appointment books and schedules paint a picture of Epstein’s wide-ranging network that extended far beyond his criminal activities. The calendars show he maintained relationships with celebrities, business titans, and medical professionals well into 2019, just months before his arrest on federal charges.
The records indicate that Attia, a physician who has built a reputation specializing in extending human lifespan and optimizing health, had multiple scheduled appointments with Epstein over several years. What makes these meetings particularly notable is their apparent clinical nature—the calendar entries include references to blood draws and medical follow-ups, suggesting a doctor-patient relationship rather than casual social encounters.
These medical notations appear alongside an entry showing Attia was scheduled to attend what seems to have been a business meeting involving a medical entrepreneur and an investor connected to the Harvard Corporation, the prestigious governing board of Harvard University.
Epstein’s fascination with medicine and longevity was well-documented and went beyond personal health concerns. Records show he had been planning since at least 2012 to establish a company focused on gene sequencing, reflecting his broader interests in cutting-edge science and life extension technologies.
Dr. Peter Attia recently shared a picture with another member of Epstein’s circle – Kevin Spacey along with a claim that Spacey has been exonerated.

His medical pursuits also brought him into contact with Deepak Chopra, the physician and integrative medicine advocate whose name appears in Epstein’s schedule at least a dozen times between 2016 and 2019. Chopra told CBS News that their connection began through an introduction by Barnaby Marsh, former CEO of the Templeton Foundation, as someone who might fund research on the brain and consciousness. CBS confirmed the contents of the files.
According to Chopra, Epstein’s interest quickly became more personal.
“After meeting, he shared he suffered from insomnia and expressed interest in learning meditation, which I taught him,”
Chopra explained in a statement.
“Our meetings, focused solely on practicing meditation, lasted about 30 minutes each.”
Epstein’s sleep difficulties were substantial enough that Chopra suggested he visit a neuroscience lab at the University of California San Diego to learn about ongoing brain research. Those struggles with insomnia would later be documented in jail records from the weeks before his death, when prison officials provided him with a CPAP machine commonly used to treat sleep apnea.
The calendar entries reveal how Epstein’s obsession with health and longevity intersected with his broader pattern of cultivating relationships with influential figures across multiple domains. His schedule from early 2019 remained packed with appointments involving powerful people even as federal investigators were closing in.
In a single week during April 2019, just three months before his arrest, Epstein’s calendar included meetings with former Trump White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, investment banker Robert Kuhn, and a lunch with Chopra. The juxtaposition of medical appointments with meetings involving political operatives and business leaders illustrates how Epstein wove together disparate worlds.
The documents provide the most detailed look yet at Epstein’s activities during the final years of his life, showing a man who continued to operate at the highest levels of society despite growing scrutiny over past allegations. Many of the relationships documented in his calendars spanned years and involved dozens of interactions, painting a picture of someone who was far more than a financier with a dark secret.
For the medical and wellness professionals whose names appear in these documents, the revelations present uncomfortable questions about how thoroughly they vetted their associations during a period when information about Epstein’s past was increasingly available to anyone who cared to look.
The exact nature of these professional relationships remains difficult to fully characterize based solely on calendar entries and appointment notes. What the documents make clear is that Epstein successfully positioned himself at the intersection of money, influence, science, and celebrity—maintaining access to some of the most sought-after experts in longevity and wellness even as his past continued to cast shadows over his present.
