In a recent conversation on the Joe Rogan Experience, documentary filmmaker Dan Farah made a compelling case that President Donald Trump could be the catalyst for full UFO disclosure. According to Farah, Trump may be uniquely positioned—and willing—to step to the microphone and tell the world that humanity is not alone in the universe.
Farah’s documentary “The Age of Disclosure” features unprecedented testimony from high-level government officials, including Senator Marco Rubio, who now serves as Trump’s Secretary of State and National Security Adviser.
The film reveals that sitting presidents have been deliberately kept out of the loop on crash retrieval programs and reverse engineering efforts involving non-human technology—a systematic exclusion that has spanned decades.
“Trump actually found out about the base facts in his last presidency and was contemplating stepping to the microphone,” Farah disclosed.
According to Jay Stratton, who ran the UAP Task Force, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin requested a briefing specifically because Trump had asked him to evaluate what the economic impact would be if the president decided to go public with the truth about extraterrestrial contact.
The filmmaker believes Trump’s unconventional approach to governance could work in favor of disclosure. “I think it’s very likely that he does that,” Farah said, adding that Trump is reportedly “borderline enraged” at how much has been hidden from the White House by career bureaucrats. This anger could motivate him to take decisive action.
Farah pointed out that such an announcement would be “the single greatest moment a leader could have” in human history, potentially helping Trump’s legacy while galvanizing public support. He noted that this is “the most bipartisan issue of our time,” which could unite Americans across political divides.
The timing appears significant. Farah revealed that Trump is aware of the documentary and that his administration is “discussing internally how they’re going to react to the film publicly.” Most notably, Trump has recently tasked Tulsi Gabbard with “getting to the bottom of the situation” and finding out what he needs to know.
Senator Rubio’s involvement adds weight to the possibility of disclosure under a Trump administration. As both National Security Adviser and former Vice Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Rubio has unprecedented knowledge of the UAP issue. In Farah’s film, Rubio explicitly states his concern that America could lose a high-stakes technology race with China to reverse engineer non-human craft—a situation he says “keeps him up at night.”
The documentary reveals that defense contractors like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon have been involved in crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs since the 1940s, operating with minimal oversight. This lack of accountability has created a situation where, according to Rubio, technology advancements occasionally get “commercialized” for corporate profit rather than national security.
For disclosure to happen, Farah argues that a comprehensive amnesty program would be necessary. Those involved in these programs have technically committed felonies by lying to Congress and misappropriating funds. Without protection from prosecution, there’s little incentive for insiders to come forward with what they know.
Trump’s willingness to break norms and challenge establishment narratives could make him the ideal person to push through these obstacles. As Rogan noted, “Trump might be the only guy that’s crazy enough” to take on the entrenched interests protecting these secrets and tell the American people—and the world—the truth about humanity’s place in the universe.
Whether Trump will seize this historic opportunity remains to be seen, but according to Farah’s sources, the conversation is happening at the highest levels of government.
