UFC champion Jon Jones the latest to fall for questionable science from Dana White’s rejuvenation ‘Doctor’

Dana White has faced uphill battles before, and his latest venture into the world of alternative health is no exception. Known for his relentless drive and mixed track record in business ventures—such as failed forays into surfing and skateboarding—White is now betting big on the controversial 10X Health System, backed by entrepreneur Grant Cardone.

Despite White’s rocky public image following a domestic violence incident, some sponsors like Cardone have stuck by him. In fact, White shared dramatic photos of his supposed transformation and even made sensational claims that he had only 10.4 years left to live—a precise figure that conveniently aligns with the 10X Health marketing pitch.

Cardone’s 10X Health System, co-created with Gary Brecka, a self-proclaimed “human biologist,” promises life-changing health benefits through a series of unconventional and costly treatments. However, Brecka’s qualifications raise concerns—he holds degrees in biology but is neither a medical doctor nor a PhD. The treatments he promotes, such as electromagnetic field therapy, cold plunges, and red light therapy, are often dismissed by health professionals as pseudoscience.

Despite the system’s bold promises, health experts argue that the real key to improved well-being is far simpler: proper nutrition, regular exercise, sleep, and stress management. The transformation seen in high-profile figures like Dana White is more likely a result of these lifestyle factors, possibly paired with treatments like testosterone replacement therapy, rather than the questionable methods offered by 10X Health.

Another issue lies in the growing divide between Cardone and Brecka. According to Aaron Smith Levine’s report, Brecka has been trying to distance himself from 10X Health and Cardone for over a year. His recent appearance on the Joe Rogan podcast, where he avoided mentioning Cardone or the 10X brand, only fueled speculation of a split. Cardone, a well-known Scientologist, reportedly wants to steer the company towards Scientology-aligned practices, causing further tension.

While Brecka continues to attract celebrity clients like UFC President Dana White, Joe Rogan, and Leonardo DiCaprio, the company’s future is uncertain, especially as questions about Brecka’s qualifications and the legality of his treatments grow louder.

The latest high-profile client to endorse 10X Health is UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones. As one of the most dominant fighters in UFC history, Jones has a massive platform, and he recently showed off a body transformation that some attribute to Brecka’s methods.

While many fans believe Jones’ physical change is due to the UFC’s split from USADA, Jones appears to be promoting Brecka’s controversial treatments instead.

With Jon Jones preparing for what some call his farewell fight, only time will tell if this association with 10X Health is another way for Jones to cash in or if it signals a broader shift in the wellness landscape.
