Akaash Gained A Lot Of Weight, Can’t Cope As Wife Claims She Was ‘Digitally SA-ed’ After Going Viral

The ongoing drama surrounding Akaash Singh and his wife Jasleen shows no signs of settling, particularly after Jasleen made waves by claiming she had been “digitally SA-ed” by people who covered stories about her past public statements.

The comment was picked up by the Aba N Preach channel, where the hosts reacted with a mix of disbelief and sharp criticism.

Jasleen was asked about navigating the fallout from the controversy that led to Akaash’s departure from the Flagrant podcast. She stated, “Of course it is easier said than done when people digitally [SA-ing] me and continue to do so.” She also said that “that experience made me and my husband so much stronger” and that it “showed us who our real friends are.”

The hosts took immediate issue with her characterization, arguing that the commentary she was describing as assault was coverage of content she herself had made public.

“Why y’all use something as serious as someone being assaulted to just escape your accountability for the information you provide to the internet that embarrassed her husband,” Aba said.

Jasleen also reflected on the broader situation, saying her “biggest regret is trusting people to operate with integrity when they kept proving me wrong otherwise time and time again,” and that she felt “really grateful that God guided me and my husband out of a toxic environment.”

The hosts pushed back on that framing as well, noting that while Akaash may have been in a difficult position, Jasleen was not the one carrying the weight of it. They also pointed to a recurring pattern of her using mental health language to sidestep responsibility, referencing a previous incident where she said she “gets overstimulated” to explain away other controversial behavior.

Separately, the two hosts also zeroed in on Akaash’s physical appearance during a recent interview. Having previously admitted to stress eating, Akaash appeared to have put on a noticeable amount of weight.

“When you see someone after going through something that difficult pack on weight… ,” Aba said.

A core criticism throughout was Jasleen’s inability to simply step back from the story. The hosts pointed out that Akaash and the Flagrant crew have largely gone quiet, while Jasleen continues to take indirect shots.

“Every time you guys do these tiny little leaks, it just adds on and then everyone reanalyzes it,” Aba observed. “I think it’s the worst way to exit a scandal.”

According to the hosts, the more she engages, the longer the story lives.

“The people who want to misunderstand you are going to misunderstand you. And there’s no amount of correcting the narrative that you can do,” Aba stated.
