Eddie Bravo, the renowned jiu-jitsu innovator and longtime friend of Joe Rogan, has never been one to shy away from controversial topics.
In a recent appearance on the Jibber with Jabber podcast, Bravo dove deep into conspiracy theories that challenge our fundamental understanding of geography and space. He specifically claimed that hidden lands exist beyond Antarctica and that outer space isn’t located “up” as we’ve been taught, but rather in a completely different direction.
The 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu founder’s journey into such theories began, ironically, with the very name of his martial arts system. Originally inspired by the theories of biblical scholar Zachariah Sitchin about a tenth planet called Nibiru, Bravo admitted he once believed these stories “hook, line, and sinker.”
However, his perspective has evolved significantly over the years, leading him to question nearly everything we’ve been told about our world.
“Most conspiracy theorists start with the government’s hiding UFOs,” Bravo explained. “And then you realize like that’s what they want you to think. They want you to believe in UFOs. They never censor UFO stuff.” This realization led him down a different path, one that questions the very nature of our reality and geography.
Central to Bravo’s current worldview is his belief about Antarctica and the nature of outer space. “I believe that there’s a strong possibility that there’s land that we don’t know,” he stated matter-of-factly. “They’re hiding the land from us and there might be other civilizations and other lands that way. I think outer space is that way, not that way. It’s not up, over the ice. It’s that way, that way.”
When pressed about the Antarctic Treaty, which prevents unauthorized exploration of the continent, Bravo found it particularly suspicious.
The interviewer also agreed with him, questioning: “When have we ever agreed on anything as a world? But all of a sudden, there’s a treaty that none of you are allowed there. Why?” He suggested that if there were truly nothing to hide, there would be no reason for such strict international agreements preventing exploration.
Bravo’s skepticism extends to NASA and the space program itself. He referenced CIA whistleblower Robert David Steele, who he claims said that within intelligence circles, “NASA stands for not a space agency.”
According to Bravo, Steele described NASA as “the number one mind control agency” and suggested it serves primarily as a money laundering operation, receiving billions annually without having to show tangible results.
The martial arts legend also questioned satellite technology, claiming that satellites have always been deployed on balloons rather than floating in space. “Now that people are figuring out that there’s no satellites in space, they’ve always been on balloons, now they’re going back and say, you know what, the future of satellites, we’re going to put them on balloons,” he explained, suggesting that historical deception is being rebranded as innovation.
Perhaps most intriguingly, Bravo connected his theories to the concept of “Satan’s Little Season,” a biblical interpretation that suggests Jesus already returned, ruled for a thousand years during what we know as the Tartarian civilization, and that we’re now living in a period where evil controls the world. This theory, he suggests, explains the unexplained architectural wonders found around the globe and the apparent rewriting of history.
Despite the controversial nature of his beliefs, Bravo maintains a philosophical approach. “If I was Illuminati, I would definitely have like a country or a continent, big a*s gigantic piece of land that you don’t tell the peasants about,” he reasoned. “Why do they have to know about all the land?”
While Bravo’s theories may seem extreme to many, he remains unapologetic about sharing his perspective. Interestingly, he credits his relationship with Joe Rogan as instrumental in his ability to speak freely, joking that the space-themed name of his jiu-jitsu system might actually protect him from potential consequences of his truth-seeking activities.
